Words cannot express how thankful we are for all your help with our wedding.  You were extremely sincere, professional, and a true delight to work with.  We can honestly say that our special day was memorable because of you...and Cecilia!  We hope to stay in touch in the coming years.  Take care!

Last year for Valentine’s Day, 2008, my hubby decided to surprise me and collaborated with Elegance by Design Events to create for me one of the most memorable and romantic Valentine’s Day experiences I have ever had. We have been married for 14 years and I cannot recall ever having my breath taken away as it was during this surprise.

Chariolett managed to get the key to our place from my hubby and created an atmosphere that was INCREDIBLE! We came home and I was expecting to just have a quiet night of watching movies only to find our place transformed. There were candles everywhere burning, rose petals that led from the front door all the way to the bedroom, bathroom and bed. Music was on, playing all of my favorite ballads by Robin Thick, Luther Vandross and more……..There was an array of tasty treats around the room such as chocolate covered strawberries (my favorite!!), cheese and crackers, fresh fruit, candy kisses and sparkling champagne on ice, ready to be opened.

Every sense of the body was stimulated from the scent of the candles- (the scent of the candles was divine!!) to the sounds of the music, to the glow of the room and the wonderful taste of each treat. It was a Valentine’s experience I will never forget.
The detail and thought that Chariolett put into creating this experience was stellar! She is a master of her work and I will recommend anyone to take advantage of this gift she has in order to experience what I did that night.

Chariolett, you helped me so much more then I could have ever imagined. As a bride, planning a wedding is like having a full time job. Everyday, there is something that can or needs to be done in planning this wonderful day. However, Chariolett you did my worrying for me, you were my personal reminder, my stress reliever, and more important my friend. I felt that at any time (day or night) whether I needed to talk about colors, what type of photographer I should choose, parents, in-laws, dresses, bridesmaids, fiancée, finances, personal issues and more; you were there. Chariolett you took the stress, or shall I say the “Foo-Foo,” out of planning my wedding. So I extend a personal thank you for all that you did for me in making my day such a great success. I could not have asked for a better wedding planner.
